Ren Moss
Vicki is a native Nevadan who graduated from the University of Nevada: Reno with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. She has spent twenty-two years working with pre-school and school aged children in the Washoe County School District. Her experience has included working with specific language impairments, articulation and phonological processing disorders, language disorders, pragmatics and autism. In addition to the school settings she has extensive experience working with developmentally disabled teens and adults. Her work has specialized in functional communication skills for home, work and community settings.

More recently Vicki has worked with adults who have had difficulty swallowing, TBI, strokes and tracheotomies.

Ren is a senior at the University of Nevada, Reno.  Currently he is studying Sociology and Business Management.  After graduating Ren plans on working with Developmentally Disabled adults as a Qualified Developmental Disabled Professional (QDDP).  While going to school Ren has worked full time providing 24 hour support to adults with developmental disabilities as a case manager.

When not working, Ren is an avid soccer enthusiast. Aside from having season tickets to the San Jose Earthquakes Ren has coached several ​youth club teams as well as coach of the Girls Varsity team at North Valleys High School.

Lisa Morris, MS, SLP-CC

Lisa Morris, M.S. CCC-SLP, received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota-Grand Forks and her Master’s Degree from the University of Nevada-Reno. With over 9 years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Reno area, Lisa has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings including skilled nursing, public school, outpatient rehabilitation and private practice. Lisa has experience with both adult and child populations serving adults with acquired neurologic disorders, degenerative diseases, and difficulties in swallowing and children with chromosomal abnormalities, cerebral palsy, autism, developmental delays and disabilities, and speech and language disorders. Lisa holds certification in Guardian NMES Therapy® and VitalStim® in the treatment of swallowing disorders.

Ciara Peterson, M.S. CCC-CFY, received her Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Nevada Reno. She has worked at Washoe County School District. She has recently attend Hanen(c) It Takes Two Class (c) to better assist parents when interacting with their children in Reno.
